Welcome to Soulful Sourdough

Hi, I’m Karolina—the heart, hands, and soul behind Soulful Sourdough. What began with a gifted starter, a word of encouragement, and the belief that I could do something meaningful grew into my bakery in Spring 2024. Since then, my passion has deepened, my dreams have grown, and the joy of creating food that brings smiles and full bellies has become my purpose.

My hope for my community is to share love one loaf at a time and to remind people that simple food has a powerful way of connecting us to our ancient roots. Every loaf I make is crafted with love using just flour, salt, and water—because sometimes, less truly is more.
